REFUND REFUND POLICY

I: DONATIONS/GIFTS

All refunds will be based on the following terms and conditions: 

All donations or gifts are accepted as a for-profit entity, meaning they are not tax-deductible. No refund is offered for donations.

II: WEBINARS OR DOWNLOADED MATERIALS

All webinars, supporting documents, guides and other downloaded materials are sold on a no-refund and no-return basis. 

III: TRAVEL AGENT DEPOSITS

A refund of 50% will be issued if the customer does so within 10 days of the initial payment.  No refunds will be made after this initial 10-day period.  

IV: MERCHANDISE 

Customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition received. Items must have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. 

LiboRisk will inspect return items and notify customers that we have received the returned item(s). LiboRisk will immediately notify customers of the status of their refund after inspecting the item. 

If a return is approved, LiboRisk will initiate a refund to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment. Customers will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the credit card issuer’s policies. 

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If customers receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

V: RETREATS

Organizer understands that plans can change and Participant’s retreat may have to wait. While Organizer cannot transfer or allow for substitutions, we can help you with a refund. If Participants need to cancel, please email us at info@libo-risk.com to let us know as soon as possible, so we can process a refund appropriately. Refunds will be processed as follows:

Within one week of registration: Tickets are 100% refundable

Nine weeks before the retreat: We’ll refund 50% of your registration fee.

Six weeks before the retreat: All tickets are non-refundable.

This policy is subject to change; all registered participants will be notified of any changes. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any additional fees paid by Guest to any third parties, such as travel companies, airfare, etc.

 Refunds do NOT include the non-refundable deposit of $250.
