REFUND REFUND POLICY

I: TRAVEL GUIDE FOR TROOPS

All refunds will be based on the following terms and conditions: 

  • All sales for the Travel Guide for Troops is final. No refund is offered for this product.
  • A consultation may be rescheduled to another date at no additional cost, on a one-time basis only. The rescheduled date change must be requested in writing at least 10 days before the scheduled consultation date. 

In the event of a consultation reschedule by LiboRisk, our liability shall be limited to a refund of the consultation registration fee. The customer will be given the option to attend the consultation on an alternate date. LiboRisk shall not be liable for reimbursement of any travel-related expenses, which may include airfare, living accommodations, meals, ground transportation, or other losses. It is highly recommended that the customer does not book any travel or accommodations until written notification is received from Libo-Risk confirming the consultation date and venue. 

II: WEBINARS OR DOWNLOADED MATERIALS

All webinars, supporting documents, guides and other downloaded materials are sold on a no-refund and no-return basis. 

III: TRAVEL AGENT DEPOSITS

A refund of 50% will be issued if the customer does so within 10 days of the initial payment.  No refunds will be made after this initial 10-day period.  

IV: MERCHANDISE 

Customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition received. Items must have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. 

LiboRisk will inspect return items and notify customers that we have received the returned item(s). LiboRisk will immediately notify customers of the status of their refund after inspecting the item. 

If a return is approved, LiboRisk will initiate a refund to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment. Customers will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the credit card issuer’s policies. 

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If customers receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
