High Ground USAOffers recreational therapy programs for disabled veterans that also includes week-long and single-day recreational events for disabled veterans who experienced symptoms of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Military Sexual Trauma, and/or Polytrauma.

Week-long Programs: A seven-day experience utilizing Recreational Therapy to promote the healing and growth of veterans and their partners/supporters. Qualifying veterans experience symptoms of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Military Sexual Trauma, and/or Polytrauma. The experience is designed to help participants (veterans and their supporters) discover a renewed sense of identity and belonging, improved quality of life, and connection with a community of individuals with similar experiences.

Veteran Day Program: Newer to HG’s programming line up are day programs serving veterans local to each chapter. Each chapter utilizes community partners to provide daily programming including fly fishing, equine, rock climbing, billiards, and more. Qualifying veterans experience symptoms of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Military Sexual Trauma, and/or Polytrauma.
