About Crux Wilderness Therapy

Crux Wilderness Therapy – (California) Provides veterans and their families with sustainable long term strategies for physical and mental health by engaging in outdoor activities. They focus on rock climbing education and instruction so that veterans can feel prepared to engage in a wilderness environment independently and share in this process with their friends and families.

Their veteran program was designed to help veterans get outdoors with other veterans and their families. They focus specifically on instruction and education in rock climbing so that veterans can feel comfortable and confident climbing outdoors independently and with their friends and family.

All of their clinics are free to veterans and active military!

The family clinics are offered twice a year (for now) as an opportunity for veterans to invite their loved ones outdoors and to engage in possibly a new activity together.
